Guidance needed on Form D-260 and vaccination records
Hi Rabea and everyone,
I need your guidance regarding my Form D-260 and vaccination records.
When I initially submitted the form, I selected “No” for the vaccination records and explained that I didn’t have them at the time. During my visit to Pakistan, I received all my vaccines—most at a private clinic and the polio/COVID vaccines at a health center.
On January 13th, I completed my medical exam with an approved doctor in Lisbon, as recommended by the US Embassy in Paris. The doctor reviewed all my vaccination records and confirmed that everything looks good. She mentioned that the medical records will be sent to the embassy electronically within two weeks.
Now, my question is: should I reach out to the embassy to update the Form D-260 before my interview, or is it something I can address on the day of the interview?
I truly appreciate any guidance you can provide and am so grateful for your support. Thank you in advance!

No that’s absolutely not needed. They receive the medical exam so they know that you received them
